As entrepreneurs we face challenges that will often cause us to question everything about who we are and what we are trying to do.

Being a holistic guide to many people who are growing their businesses, I have come to realize that the quest for successful, soulful, strength-building techniques may seem a little unorthodox to those who haven’t experienced their effectiveness.

When speaking about spirit, chakras and energy science to a pragmatic professional, they may drop into a vacant stare and a hesitating speechlessness. Even though modern neuroscience is increasing our awarenesses of these powerful perspectives, there is still a disconnect between traditional work ethics and the holistic approaches to modern business.

That gap seems to be narrowing, as our culture is opening its third eye {intuition} to understanding the mind-body relationship. How we think and act on our desires to achieve, and how we relate to others, is innately governed by how we feel in our own body. We act on everything the unconscious and conscious mind have learned over our lifetime. If we have become disconnected from our absolute inner truth, we cannot realize the full embodiment of our purpose, our fully integrated and actualized karmic destiny.

How could we?

It is only when we are living physically, emotionally, and spiritually in our balanced natural energies, in fully integrated homeostasis, that we truly flourish. This is where the alchemy of success lies. It is where we are confident and energetically operating with our ultimate mojo. Our frequency is high and energies are flowing in a state of ease.

Practically, people around us feel or sense it, and respond positively to this “feel good” vibration. It shows up in our engagement with others, and we feel good about ourselves. We work and play well with others. Conversely, when we are emotionally and energetically out of sync, we experience fallout. We become blocked and we restrict growth in all areas of life. I see this in my clients, and I’ve experienced it in my own life.

As a holistic practitioner, I help my clients heal from what has wounded them, to connect the dots, to strengthen and empower themselves. To remove unwanted emotional blocks. Often, they know something doesn’t feel right, emotionally, physically, professionally and or personally, but they may not know why.

The chakra systems are a perfect way to interpret what’s going on, and where imbalances, or even traumas, have been stored in the body. There is a direct link to what has happened emotionally. It is embodied in us, and impacts our patterns of thought and behavior.

That, my friends, affects relationships in all areas of our life; personally and professionally.

“E-motions are energy in motion. If they are not expressed, the energy is repressed. As energy it has to go somewhere. Emotional energy moves us as does all energy…to deny emotion is to deny the ground and vital energy of our life.” -John Bradshaw

Our coping strategies require upper and lower chakra integration and balance. And foremost, the relationship we have with our self. The inner energy work we do, releases the energy we need for the outer work we undertake. Our inner world shapes our outer world. Who we are guides what we do. Confidence, strength and resilience sustains our entrepreneurial work. This is the holistic foundation of business success.
