She takes you to both the alpha and the theta brainwave state, where the deepest relaxation and renewal takes place. I get a full energy and hypnosis-meditation session every two weeks. It is life giving!!!

I had such a beautiful Reiki session with Gina. It was my first experience with Reiki. Gina is so knowledgeable about what she does and explains what to expect and made me feel so comfortable. I felt complete relaxation during my session and for the rest of the day. I have struggled lately with sleeping and slept like a rock after my session and woke with a wonderful sense of peace. After my session Gina asked a few simple questions that triggered an emotion response that surprised me and didn’t even realize was there. Interesting and unexpected, and highly beneficial. I feel that Reiki sessions will be part of my ongoing self care routine. I highly recommend Gina, she has a gift!
